Amazing, is a good place to start after spending the night at the Juniper Motel! Immaculate , efficient, location gold and quiet in the best possible way, beautiful views and best of all no hassles just book your stay and show up! We only spent a night because we wanted to visit Mt Kineo (also amazing) while on a week long vacation in a different part of Maine. After arriving at the Juniper we immediately agreed that we should’ve stayed another night or two or three! I have stayed here many times before under previous ownership. I enjoyed it so much that we stopped there again this year only to find out that it was under new ownership and the new owners have done an amazing job with the facility. I will definitely be going back.

Exceeded expectations in terms of reservation and payment, access, cleanliness, bedding, and quality of stay. A great place for a couple of nights around the lake.

The Juniper Motel, situated just a mile outside of town and overlooking the lake, offers clean and comfortable rooms, as well as a lovely lawn with Adirondack chairs for enjoying the view. Although there is no on-site office, we could easily reach a manager when we had a question or needed something. We had a lovely stay. For the price, it's a good choice for a short visit to the area.
